Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the sterile & fragile nature of our products, we can't accept returns. It wouldn't be ethical for us to re-sell the returned product to someone else, because we'd have no knowledge of the conditions in which the product had been kept after we'd shipped it the first time, and/or whether the product had been tampered with by the person wanting to return it. So for safety reasons, we'd have to dispose of the product once it came back to us. And we don't want to waste your time, making you go to the post office to send it  back. Ultimately, the quality of our products, and the safety and satisfaction of our loyal customers is our no.1 priority.

How to Request an Exchange

  • You have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange
  • To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, unused, tamper-evident seals still in tact, and in the case of vials, their plastic lids must not have been removed
  • We will request photos of the product and the alleged issue in order to evaluate the claim
  • You'll also need to provide your proof of purchase email
  • To apply for an exchange, please contact us at info@sneakytan.com. If your claim is accepted, we’ll notify you via email and send you the replacement product
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted

Damaged product or Receipt of Incorrect Product

  • Please inspect the products in your order and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
